Urbn Leaf Flair
As the lead graphic designer at Urbn Leaf Dispensary, I was asked to create enamel pin designs for all Urbn Leaf Bud Tenders. Bud Tenders at Urbn Leaf go through set training on each category of product we sell in the dispensary before actually selling the products to the customer. These categories include flower, concentrates, therapeutics, carts/vape pins, drinkables, and of course a non product specific category known as compliance. It is imperative Bud Tenders operate in compliance with rules and regulations on a daily basis while selling and educating customers.
Urbn Leaf thought it would be a great incentive for Bud Tenders to earn an exclusive Urbn Leaf enamel pin after each category of training. Later, this incentive program was opened up to all employees to gain more knowledge of our industry. These pins would not be for sale and only available exclusively to Urbn Leaf employees. They rock it on their lanyard at work which holds their key card or anywhere else they see fit. I was very excited to take this challenge on as a graphic designer as I have never made enamel pins. It was very exciting to see physical copies of your art work interacting and being worn/used by people. The design goal was to make sure the Urbn Leaf brand was represented in each enamel pin but to make sure the design was general enough to represent the entire product category being learned about. Each pin is a unique design and custom sized soft enamel pin.
